CherylLynn Walters joined the firm as an associate in 2011. She is admitted to practice law in the State of New Jersey and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Ms. Walters concentrates her practice in all aspects of municipal/local government representation, land use (planning and zoning), real estate transactions and litigation, business formation, business sales and acquisitions, will preparation and probate and estate administration.
She also sits as solicitor for various municipalities and land use boards in Camden and Burlington Counties. She has 15 years of civil litigation experience before various divisions of the Superior Court of New Jersey, as well as the Tax Court of New Jersey, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, the United States Bankruptcy Court and various administrative agencies.
Ms. Walters graduated with honors from Rutgers University in 1998 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science, including a minor in international politics. She earned her Juris Doctor Degree from Rutgers University School of Law in Camden, New Jersey in 2001. She has been recognized in South Jersey Magazine as a Top Attorney in Land Use Law and a Top Attorney in Eminent Domain.
